No-Bake Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Trail Bites

Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy Free, Nut Free, Soy Free and low in refined sugars, these satisfying snacks are reminiscent of your favorite trail mix in a perfect portable form for your lunchbox or backpack!

Instructions
 

  • Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix seed butter, vanilla and coconut nectar to combine well.
  • Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients with clean hands or a large spoon.
  • Cover mixture and place in fridge for 30-60 minutes.
  • Roll ~1Tbps of the mixture into bite sized balls.
  • Refrigerate or freeze in an airtight container until ready to enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute your preferred seed or nut butter and your favorite nuts or seeds to personalize this recipe to your taste.
