A creamy vegan green smoothie bowl that is naturally delicious and packed with nutrients instead of artificial ingredients and processed sugars!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or water
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1 packed cup fresh sorrel or baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup cucumber chopped and frozen
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4-8 drops stevia to taste or 1/4 cup soft Medjool dates pitted and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste and serve immediately with toppings of your choice.

Topping ideas: melted coconut butter, large unsweetened coconut flakes, hemp hearts, cacao nibs
