Ingredients

hemp seeds

filtered water

vanilla extract
pinch
sea salt
Optional 3 Tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup or 2 dates or 8-12 drops liquid stevia to taste
Instructions
Blend all ingredients, starting on low and shifting to high speed for about 1 minutes until well combined.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
